Appalling service Bergen’s Centurion

Bergen’s Centurion came out to repair my oven which was earthing. After an hour Eugene stated that it was an electrical fault and nothing to do with the actual appliance. I called an electrician who within 2 minutes saw that the upper element was burnt out. I phoned Bergen’s and spoke to Lorraine, stating that I felt that they should return my money as clearly they were ***********. I stated that it was well within my consumer rights. She became very aggressive and told me in filthy language that I was threatening her and what I could go do to myself. She put the phone down on me twice. I then phoned Bergen’s head office only to be told that they had been disenfranchised 2 years ago. Most appalling service ever!
