Supplier paid me R196 instead of R5500 refund.

I was a tenant of Bregan Properties since 2013 -2014 and they moved me to a non-renovated apartment promising that they would pay me my full deposit upon my moving out. After zillions of complaints due to their bad communication and poor administration they never visited the flat. And refuse to pay me. They moved people while I was still at the flat and offered me free storage room and a truck removal and their removal guys stole my brand new iron and steamer and few other things. Due to how they moved my stuff, I lost my fridge because they dropped my stuff in a parking lot of a different apartment. Please kindly help me get my money, because because of them I am struggling to secure another place to stay as I can not afford another deposit. I am a student and these people are taking advantage of me. They do not pick my calls or hang up on me and refuse to tell me how am I responsible For all the costs they claim to have made while O was not responsible for them.
