SHOCKING LIVING CONDITIONS

I moved into a bachelor flat on the 1st of DEC in an apartment in Noordwyk Midrand. It is now March and I still haven't received any response!!! The contract states that they are suppose to sort out any problems within a month. My toilet is faulty, sometimes it runs continuously, the pipe under my kitchen sink is leaking causing the cupboard to rot, there was never a working light in the bathroom, the clothing cupboards were rotting due to rain, 2 plug points do not work, the tap is faulty and is always leaking in the bathroom, the off/on switch on the wall for the oven doesn't go off. My bathroom door does not close and the main door also doesn't close without locking it with the key. Lets not even talk about the ANTS!! I never did an inspection with anyone, Lawrence told me to fill the form within 1 week of moving in and thereafter someone will come from the maintenance company to sort it out. I AM STILL WAITING....<br> <br> How does Bregan run a company??? Pathetic service!
