Rent and Electricity

<p>I moved out of their apartment in september. They only paid me half of my rent deposit and they claimedvR4500 to paint the flat which their maintenace people told me was **** paint. They are now charging me to paint the whole flat which when we did the inspection with the maintenace people they only had the kitchen wall to paint. They also made us buy the Meter Box which they are suppose to refund us now but they said that the Proof of payment that we sent them is not proof enough. When we call them they always tell me that they will call me back but they never get bck to me,still today im waiting. We also went to their offices but the moment Ivone saw us she ran away and when we asked to see her they told us that shes not in the office. As for Chris he **** saying he wanted to show us pictures and we refused which he didnt even tell us about. </p> <p>This people are daylight ******s, they find excuses not to pay you back your money. I wouldnt suggest anyone uses them again, im surprised how their business is still running with them robbing people.</p>
