Refusal to refund deposit Chris Barnard

<p>I was abruptly forced to move out one of the Bregan properties apartments in Menlyn by a Chrus Barnard..with very little or no notice..</p> <p>I have since tried to recover my deposit with very little success as he is notherwise taking any calls or responding to emails. I am owed an amount of R5350 by Bregan.I was sent a fabricated sms by Chris that I've been blacklisted to intimidate me into paying April rental even though I had vacated the premises.based on the reviews here you can tell this is something he is use to doing and has been getting away with it.</p> <p>I want my money back nothing more otherwise I will be taking this further. </p>
