Poor Service

Poor communication. When tenant did not pay they did not inform me. I had to ask and ask again. They slow to address issues. I only found out from the outgoing tenant certain things were reported and never attended to. This I was not aware of. I asked a few times for the exit inspection report. A month later I have not received it and no feedback given. Any damages tenant may of caused Bregan would not of identified as no exit inspection was done. That deposit that served to protect my property did not serve a purpose.
