Poor maintanance

<p>This is one horrible agent I've rented a place with. The lift hasn't been working from June and nothing has been done. They keep telling us that the part that is needed to fix the lift has been ordered but not arrived. Can you imagine what an elderly lady who stay at 6th floor is going through? How long must we wait for the lift to be fixed? You guys are purely insensitive!</p>
