Only paid back 38% of my deposit

Bragan properties has tendencies of refusing to pay back deposits. I have moved out of the a month early than my notice. They said if they find the tenant for the other month, they will fully refund my depots. They did get the tenant but still refuse to pay me full refund. I have battled and fourth with them but they still refused. I advise people to be careful when dealing with Bregan properties. Their service is poor. I need my deposit back
