Not Getting Deposit Back! Worst Agency Ever!

Bregan Properties is the worst agency ever. I've been struggling to get my deposit back for almost 2 months now , the owner Chris Barnard never answers the phone or get back to me regarding my deposit. They want to deduct painting of the unit from my deposit which i never signed for in the 7day inspection nor the inspection when i moved out , there is nothing wrong with the paint of the walls. I phone bregan properties almost every day , currently there is only one person working in the office at the moment and she cant help me because she does not deal with the deposit refunds. So the only person in bregan properties i can speak to is Chris which never answers. I need my deposit asap , to pay my current residence where i rent.
