Lease with Bregan Property

I am very sad and disappointed about this company. i had a six months lease with them, they don't want to give my full deposit. when i move in they did not give the keys, i had to drive to collect keys from the old tenants. i explained them that the sliding is not working and the walls are dirty. they painted the walls but they never fixed the sliding door. when i move out, i cleaned the place. now there items that i dont understand on my quotation: straight hinge R96,26 Bulb x 5 R457.13 Plastic Tap handle R 121.18 I have paid the amount of R 4 473.24 for deposit and only receive R1800.00 this daily *******. Their agent are very rude, please assist.
