Lack of maintanance

i stay at Willow Crest # 70, been calling Bregan Properties pertaining to maintenance at my flat. 1 my shower head is spreading water all over 2,blocked basin drain 3. my shower drain is also blocked and even caused infection on my right leg. last year December they promised to send some1 from maintenance and waited for them at my place since i had to go to work and they never called and pitched and again i called on the 11/01/2015 they said i should expect a call from their maintenance team but no 1 called.
