******* Lockout by Bregan Properties ****s

Good evening. Bregan Properties have *******ly locked me out for rental arrears (the arrears are under the deposit). I was having a good day to only arrive at my flat to see that they changed my locks, and I was not present. They are 3 ****s (namely Lawrence) who was proudly saying that he has been locking out people since 2006. When I first moved into the flat they didn't do any repairs and I have had to use my money to do so, hence the arrears. I also suspect they come into my flat when I am not around, because a couple of my stuff has been damaged (eg. Tv, Iron, door handles.) I have been staying with them since 2014, and they have never come to do repairs since. Bregan properties have no respect for their tenants.<br> <br> Please assist. Hope to hear from you soon
