Horrible Agency

<p>A few days ago, they broke into my flat and stole my tv, laptop etc. I called the agency to alert them about the incident, they refused to fix the broken doors until 5 days later and still they inserted new doors without handles and locks. They didnt even notice me about changing the doors and locks, I had to find out when I returned home to only find out that they changed doors and locks. I asked about my safety with regarding to doors not closing nor locking and they only told me that its not their concern anymore since its after 5pm and they're closed already or what's worse is that they just hang up on you and not take your calls anymore until the next day or 2. Its amazing how they dont care about people's safety but they still want full rent money. What a horrible experience. I would not encourage anyone to rent with BREGAN PROPERTIES AGENCY!!!</p>
