God as my witness, worst estate agency ever encountered

It's legitimately like they don't exist. Apparently I can't give zero out of give stars.. Been renting a place through them since January. We haven't received our copy of the complex rules, the lease contract, or even the name of our new agent (which have apparently changed thrice that we know of, because the agents keep leaving bregan). Asked them to send a plumber because we couldn't use the kitchen at all, it's been a week now. It's breach of contract, so since we keep paying them and not receiving ANY service, I decided to stop paying rent this month to see if we can get any response from them, day 6 and still nothing. I mean I even phoned the principal to complain. And it's like it's such a non event, even after I said the service is unacceptable. Struggling to decide whether I should pay rent and keep my hands clean, or wait until I receive some kind of attention from Bregan. Who has time for ******* like this? Aren't agents suppose to alleviate stress instead of inducing it? Horrible experience, I'm considering moving just so we don't have to deal with them anymore and I hate moving.

Follow up, we still don't exist according to them..

And they blamed us for the work they didn't do. Ivone Serrao such a rude, Disrespectful, selfish, greedy, and petty person. I've worked with 6 of their employees and each one of them are terrible. Non them did what they say they would. Its been 11 months now, and after a screaming match with Ivonne and the principal, I have had enough. I'll be taking legal action.

Ivone Serrao told me I should have "woken up sooner", and when I told her that I continuously through out the year contacted and reminded and begged them, she said that I didn't ask her, if I did it would have been done. And ironically I have asked her before, at which she rep**** that if I can prove it she'll say sorry. Ridiculous. I answered her irrational petty argument by insisting that "I don't want an apology, I want you to do your job!" This was too much to ask of Ivone Serrao.

Never met a company that cares less about their clients ever.
