Deposit refund

this people don't want to pay my deposit their manager told me that it was transferred to the new Agent after the sale of the property. i called the new agent and he told me they never received my deposit. it seems like they are used to taking peoples deposit since i am not the only 1 complaining. i have reported them to Gauteng Rental Housing Tribunal and ESTATE AGENCY AFFAIRS BOARD to sort them out.
