Bregan properties is horrible!

I bought a property managed by bregan properties. The title deed was in my name before the tenant's lease agreement ended, they didn't give me my rent and never bothered to fix the damage to property. When I contacted them they're unavailable and never responds. Horrible service save yourself the headache.
