Found this company on the internet , offering investments into property developments etc , from R 1 million to R 35 million. I dealt with Patrick at Claremont, Cape Town office, but their HO is in Johannesburg. When i asked for an appointment he said that they only see clients at HO per appointment. He wanted my ID , Proof of Address and 3 month bank statement. I decided not to forward bank statements and told him that I will avail it at a stage when Funding is confirmed. He sent an e mail accepting my proposal. So I am supposed to forward My ID and POA, and should i qualify , their LOndon office will make payment within 48 hours.

Before I do all of this I want to know if anybody else has heard of this company , and how legitimate are they ?

I would appreciate any feedback from any people who dealt with them.
