Beware of Bregan Properties

I moved out of their property in Willow Crest (Noordwyk) in October after having moved in the apartment in June. The apartment was in a bad shape with cupboards falling and the company refused to fix it after my countless efforts to ask them to fix since the first inspection as they had promised. After having moved out and served my notice they refuse to pay back my deposit. No one can explain why my deposit is being withheld and instead they keep saying they will pay it the next week after they have fixed it, seemingly this apartment I found in a bad state will be fixed with my deposit which does not make sense. They have resorted to swearing at me on the phone to stop calling them about my deposit because they apparently don't know when they can pay it back, approaching the end of the second month after having moved out now and they are still screaming and swearing at me on the phone
