Bad attitude,Disrespect the clients,Bad owner who refuse to listen

Someone please can we have ombudsman to cancel the license if this agency to stop operating in South Africa. The owner of this agency has no morals no does he respect humankind. If you renting from his premises you will notice that he even change staff every 2 months. No maintenance on his properties yet he owns the maintenance company that is busy threatening people that they going to lock them out instead of fixing their properties. This over by the name of Chris Barnard needs to be stopped for his attitude towards us as tenants He increases rent every year yet doesn't want to maintain his properties.He locked people's doors with sticks to prevent tenants access to their rented apartments. I also realize that most of his clients are black and have no one to assist them since they are no regulators for such issues.Chris and bregan must be stopped.Someone help

His taking advantage of us all.He must be stopped immediately. We are tired of such behavior and attitude. He doesn't even bother to read our review or cares who says what.Anybody out there Please help
