ALWAYS BAD ATTITUDE AND BREACH OF CONTRACT

To any new clients who wants to rent or need a place to rent - STAY AWAY from Bregan Properties!!<br> <br> The Owner/Manager will make false accusations towards us the lessee's. If it is not that we don't pay our rent it is accusations that we broke certain parts in the house for fun!<br> <br> EVERY month they will ask for the rent BUT they NEVER even check their bank statements!!!!! If you request that certain things in the apartment must be fix they will have the excuse that WE on purpose broke the stuff!!<br> <br> Our rent is more than R10 000.00 per month. We are not people who will break things for the fun of it! <br> <br> They way Mr Chris Bregan talks to lessee's is absolutely disgraceful! No wonder NOBODY would like to do business with Bregan Properties!!<br> <br> Our only option is to take the matter to the Rental Tribunal as well as ALL newspapers as we have ALL the evidence to proof our case!<br> <br> OUR ADVICE: STAY AWAY!!
