Poor Quality/Service: Jet- Air and Breezz Air-technical Solutions t/a G&L Technology's& L

The contractor installed my Jet-Air 12000 btu airconditioner during during December 2023. In January 2024 it was indicated to the contractor that the fan of the unit is set to maximum, but the fan speed is not constant in any setting of the fan speed. The unit is a Jet-Air airconditioner. The contractor was informed on 20 December 2023 of the fault, as it blows full speed and hold back repetitively. He came to look, but indicated that we should just give it time to make sure that this fault is there. It was then indicated to him thereafter that the fault is still there. On 21 February 2024 he was reminded of the issue and he indicated that they would liaise with Jet-Air on the matter. From 1 March 2024 my messages were ignored by the contractor. I then send an email on 4 March to the company to request when the unit will be replaced. On 5 March they responded to indicate they are awaiting a response from the firm supplying them with the units. Since then no response was received from them after my follow up emails on 12 March, 20 March and 9 April 2024. The promises of the replacement of the new installation is still not done. This firm can therefore not be trusted, as a new installation by them does not function correctly and is not replaced.
