What a terrible attitude

So i had an accident and my car was towed to Bredren Auto body. The worst place that anyone can take her / his car to. The attitude , poor service and the list goes on. So finally was repaired but the fog light was damaged it had water inside. and instead of the Company's Director to take responsibility and account for it when ni was complaining as it had some rust as well inside
