Pathetic Service is an understatement!!!

My VW Polo DD 45 VV GP has been in repairs since the 28th May for a slight backsmash costing +-17K.

64 days later (2 months), I have just been told via sms that it will be ready in another 10 days time. I left several messages for Bronwen to contact me, no feedback except an sms with spelling errors. Bronwen, care for your clients at least!

I was told that this is an approved VW dealer...the service I got makes me think about this seriously, to me your doors should be closed until you learn that clients matter more.

Larry (Manager), I have left messages for you, please take your clients seriously because attitude and pathetic service like this will ruin your business.

Totally unaccepted!!!

Good Day Sir/Ma'am
It’s very disappointing to receive a comment like this. We work hard to offer good and friendly service with quality work, and I have investigated your concerns you have raised and I would like to comment on your points:
The slight back smash you are referring to, was actually in excess of R110 000-00. There were a number of additional repairs and parts that were required as we continued the work. A number of parts were placed on back order by the Manufacturer and thus delayed the repair. The parts supplier did inform us of the part that was on back order and this was forwarded on to you and your insurance informing them of the delay in writing. Also note that due dates are dependent on the availability of the parts and the Bredren and the insurance companies have no control over the parts delivery or parts availability.
I have however raised the matter with our Suppliers and Partners and we are striving to eliminate all delays as far as possible.
In light of the parts delay, I hope you are happy with the workmanship and your vehicle is driving as expected after the repair.
If you’d like to contact me directly, please call and ask for Richard.

Good Day,
Imagine how dis-appointed we as the client is. Sure you are fully aware we brought the car back three times...first one was because your electrician forgot to connect wires for the side mirrors. This was reported immediately. Second, was a dent made on the roof. Third, was the door had a gap and we could feel the wind in the car. Then we had to do the alignement again.
The biggest problem is do not claim to contact me when Bronwen did not, she also did nto respond to my messages. My suggestion is take your clients seriously rather than look for excuses.
