Poor Service

Last year we made reservations to stay @ Brebner Place in Bloemfontein but we had to cancel and we informed the owner (Delicia) that we cancelling and she agreed that she was going to refund us and charge the handling fee<br> <br> When she was suppose to deposit the money she came up with a story saying that she is not going to refund us she will keep the money we can come and stay in her place when we in Bloemfontein I then called her to sometimes in March <br> <br> To make her aware that we will be coming to stay in her place during Macufe Festival 2015 she responded by email saying she is only having one room available but we booked for two rooms and she requested my banking details for refund which I did and asked her if she is going to refund money for both rooms. She never responded to my email till today nor answering my calls.<br> <br> The challenge is we need to start looking for accommodation and we need the money to do so and her Policy say if you cancel she charges R 200.00 handling fee of which we do not have problem with her charging that.<br> <br> I found out that Brebner Place is Affiliated to Safarinow when i called Safarinow Lennete told me that they cant help me i need to call delicia
