Poor Event Planning - Seating

Don't expect to get the seat you booked when you arrive for your concert. I booked and paid for the Ronan Keating concert in Pretoria, 5 March 2023, only to find out on arrival that the seating configuration had been changed as they hadn't made allowances for the AV control booth. I wasn't the only one affected and many members of the audience were displaced. No communication prior and no sympathy from Webtickets either nevermind Breakout Events via Twitter. https://www.breakout.co.za/
