Very false advertising
I merely want to echo the same view others had with a particular rep named Sushie. After purchasing vouchers from her at Musgrave Centre in Durban on the 1st December to the value of R997, I got home and Googled the company only to realize that she had conned me like she did to others on 10August 2017 at Decorex in Joburg and on 10July at ECR House and Garden show etc. Whilst I was inconvenienced , Anne handled it very professionally and refunded my money a few days thereafter. I called her and was asked to email a formal complaint, rip the vouchers, send the nos. and a photo of the ripped vouchers and then only could my payment be effected. Once I got my money back into my account I decided to message Sushie to let her know that I was very disappointed at her lying to me. I mentioned that I would put it on social media so others can be aware of this behavior pattern which has been happening for a few years. I found nothing wrong with the company but the fact that they are keeping her in employment knowing what she's doing. She very bravely said I could go ahead with my complaints because nobody would believe me. Her whole attitude was very different to when she sold the vouchers. She also said she's glad I canceled the vouchers because Breakfree does not need people like me. She is the one who **** saying that the vouchers covered the accommodation in full and the only condition was to buy food at the hotel etc. like she told the others whom she had conned. I truly believe that any kind of con should be exposed to help to make this country a better place. We should not be enabling this kind of behavior and the saddest thing is that she has her young daughter working with her. What messages are we giving the youth? Thank you Anne again for your professionalism.

Castleton in Plett was the BEST of all our advance bookings! It’s a lovely place to relax and chill. We had a hectic schedule before Plett, so it was great to have SPACE and QUIET!
The weather was not outside weather but at least we have the lovely space and comfort of catching up on laundry!

We have returned from our time away and want to say thanks very much again. the resort (Castleburn in the drakensburg) was absolutely beautiful and our chalet was on the edge of the main dam. It was awesome and the weather could not have been better. 30 degrees every day.
