I planned a trip through the break-free team and I had some reservations glitches with the hotel which i couldn't sort out. I called Bongi and explained my frustration she intervened and got the problem sorted in no time. I just wanted to extend my gratitude to her for going that extra mile because I had changed my mind already about the trip.
