Booked Petite Provence through Breakfree
I was given a Breakfree voucher as a gift which I recently used. Annie/Bongi were very helpful until the booking was finalized. Because of the Breakfree voucher our rates where discounted & reasonable. I would just like to give you some feedback on my stay at Petite Provence...
The place is beautiful. The garden/pool area is well kept and serene.
I had a room unfortunately in the back so I could not see any of this whenever I felt like but only when we came out front.
The staff(ladies) are very helpful and friendly. They showed they cared especially because I had a little baby. I was allowed to use the bathing facilities of the new rooms because of my baby, it isn't ideal giving a four month old bath in a shower. The rooms are clean & are cleaned daily. I was also given a cot for the baby which was a great added feature I appreciated.
The beach is nearby which is what we went for so this was ideal.
I do however think the parking arrangement can be improved on because it is a bit tight when other guests arrive.
Breakfast was good, both hot & cold. The staff again go out of their way to make u comfortable. I do think the breakfast times should be adjusted. It is from 6:45am to 9am and with a baby we only started at 8:30am.
The staff make this place a gem because it is like home away from home. The décor is absolutely cute... I loved it, rustic white furniture & French music in the lounging area.
We will definitely go back.
