Completely disappointing

Completely disappointing. They really messed up the food. I paid for a tasting, the food served was nothing like what was prepared and agreed on the tasting. The meals were of sub standard level with no good presentation of the food. No one is willing to take responsibility for the complete mess up of the meals.. Despite several attempts from myself to come to a resolution. They have not taken me seriously. I was not contacted by the owner as promised.
