Unit 419 in Breakers under water

Good afternoon, we are currently staying in unit 419 in the Breakers Resort in Umhlanga. The passage way between the two bedrooms has been sopping wet and we have reported this at reception and to the booking agent. We have been given towels to put in the passage way to sort out the problem but now the water is condensating into the bedrooms and the bathroom. We are not getting any joy from management.
