shocking service

Good day,

We recently booked at The Breakers resort for a short stay which was the 15/02/2021 to 17/02/2021

It was my Birthday on Monday so we decided a break from home

I must say from all the resorts I have been to, Breakers was by far the WORST experience we ever had

This was from the reception staff the manager Cyril and to the Staff at the Bar

We were greeted by very unhelpful staff and did not make any attempts to assist us

Bar staff was rude and not very accomodating

It was sad because we already paid for the Holiday and we did not feel comfortable at there

I am shocked that staff are allowed to behave so unprofessional and to treat customers so bad
