Poor service

What you see is not what you get! The pictures on the internet are eye catching but once you arrive at the place its totally different! The rooms are old with poor furniture! The manager was rude to us The facilities are not as stated on booking.com Bedroom Tv was not working and the lounge tv remote was not working we placed a complaint they promised to send the maintanance team but no one came! With our 4 days stay our tv complaint was not attended! There was not enough toiletries not even a soap! We requested an iron at the reception but we had to wait over 2 hours for it to be delivered!!! While we were on our stay the maintenance was busy painting in the passage which was not safe for us as there were tools everywhere and dirty towels on the floor. There was a room which was flooding with water where i tripped and almost fell. The resort needs to be closed and fully renovated before taking guests in and the poor stuff service that needs to be worked on!
