My worst weekend

The room was shocking, no tea / coffee as advertised, horrific bed that came out the arc, cheap lumpy pillows. One curtain was lined and the other not so wake up with sunrise. Shower that flooded the whole apartment, two towels for 4 adults. Booked a week and stayed one night. Doors dont fit so coming and going of slamming doors keeps everyone up if the noise from the bullfrogs doesnt. This should be at most a 1 star. Absolutely shocked at the service from the staff and the the fact that Breakers name is used but on complaint they say its private apartments. When I buy a Debonairs I get debonairs ingredients not left overs. Breakers need to change their private apartments to a level consistent with 3 stars. Waste of money even id the surrounds are great.
