Hostile Hotel

I came to visit friends from overseas, but they were still down at the beach when we arrived. Although we were allowed in the resort when we quoted the correct name and room number, they then refused to let us sit on the grass by the pool until our friends returned. The area was completely empty, but we sat in a waiting area while our 2 and 4 year old kids cried. Shocking policy on customer service from an otherwise beautiful hotel.
