******** Property Owners in Breakers Resort (Room 325).

I booked a week at Breakers Resort Umhlanga (room 325). The room was terrible and I left within 2 hours of checking in. The room is dirty, the linen is brown, the pots are burnt, the aircon doesn't work properly, the shower head is short. No additional linen and no support or solution from the property manager. I was advised in writing that I would receive a 50% refund however too date it has not taken place (waiting from the 01 March 2022). All email correspondence to the owner and property manager goes unanswered. They are ********* .
