Breakers Resort Umshlanga Durban Worst stay

Room 325, The worst place to stay! Grounds are beautiful but the accommodation is bad. ****roaches in apartment; no batterylights for loadshedding; couches, bedding, curtains; etc very dirty! Towelrail keeps on falling of wall; aircon leaking lots of water; towels are worn through; etc. People screaming and talking on the top of their voices until the early morning hours!

Yesterday at 10:00 in the morning we were relaxing next to the main pool. There were drunk daily visitors, adult guys swearing; yelling and provoking people staying at resort and staff. Management did nothing apart from talking to them and nothing was resolved. This carried on for 3hours where my family decided to leave the premises as it was really very upsetting. The guys started pushing each other around at tried to fight! There were no security to be seen the entire time! The police was only called & arrived after 3hours!

This is totally unacceptable and a waste of money!
