Be aware of bad service at Umhlanga Rocks

Visited Breakers last week. The sheets were old and a 'brownish' colour instead of white. I requested decent sheets and when I took of the sheets I found a long black hair on the sheets. The mattress protector had blood stains and yellow stains on. I insisted on a clean white mattress protector. I send the general manager an email explaining my bad experience. The door frame is chipped badly, the lift has no lights indicating the floors. The battery of the door lock was flat the next day and I asked the person to let the general manager know I want to see him. The general manager did not bother to make contact with me. They are so expensive I searched and found a 5-star hotel that is much cheaper then Breakers.
