Bad service.

The rooms are nice, however to get service is a nightmare. My room didn't not have a hairdryer and I waited over 24 hours for them to bring me one. Went to bed with towel dried hair. There was no dishcloth in the room either and I didn't receive one throughout my stay. Besides the service, it's an overall good resort. Pity only the private rooms get WiFi. The pools and gym is a #Win for the resort. The service.. not so much.
