bad room bad service

I rented a room with cocohaven at the breakers private residence,on arrival the room was delipadiated,terrible cleaning service,I requested to be upgraded to the hotel and will pay the difference,they then wanted me to pay twice for the same night at the same resort,cocohaven were the booking agents! Terrible experience
