Bad Bad Bad Attitude!

With this whole crisis in the World with the Corona virus we feel the need not to travel to The Breakers for the Easter Weekend, our flight tickets where refunded but this lady Th****ha Naidoo at The Breakers just say she will not refund i must read their policy details. i know there is policies in place BUT THIS IS A TOTAL DIFFERENT CASE! I have paid most of the monies a lot of money ALL THE BEACHES ARE CLOSED so what must we do there? my friend staying next to The Breakers monies was in full refunded? This is not that we dont want to go anymore, where are this woman does she read the news? i am very very unhappy about her attitude and i really think that this is a diffent matter. Who are the owners of The Breakers ? do they really need this bad publicity? all i wanted wat a total refund an fees paid up to date!
