Bad attitude and service

Their service is a joke so there GM. Had to call the fourth time to speak to him. He doesn't return the 3 messages I left him. Kept defending the staff for their actions. Absolutely disgusted. I fully regret going there. Their service levels are completely and utterly useless . The GM kept on blaming the pandemic for the lack of service and fir the restaurant closing early. Surely if you have guest in your resort you should be accommodating towards them. The GM has nobteoegt for customer queries.
