Are the staff and General Manager at the Breakers Resort Ethical? Can you trust Timeshare Administrators?

In May, I was called by staff at Breakers Resort who said they wanted to rent my timeshare out. I agreed and was tod I would be paid R 1 500 a day. As I didnt hear from them thereafter, on 3 May I went to the resort to enter my unit. I found that it had been rented out for 5 days by staff at the resort. I was told that I would receive the payment into my account. This never happened. These activities apparently occur with the blessing of the General manager.
