DISGUSTING ROACH B&B HOTEL

<p>My fiance arrived at 3:30pm for 4pm check-in, he was told that the verifone machine must be charged and to come back later. He then came back 8pm to check in again then was told to draw cash money because the verifone machine was still not charged. We drew the cash money for payment, we had to go out to an atm and draw the money, at this point the room was not shown to us yet, for reasons later on discovered, but being trusting people we assumed we would receive the room advertised on booking.com. We were escorted to room 10 which left us both stunned, as it had a dirty carpet, dirty walls and soon we realised it was infested with ****roaches when we brought our food to the room. The double bed that was advertised was actually 2 single beds put together which was hard, uncomfortable and flimsy. We were already both exhaused therefore we overlooked these issues. The next day at aprox 10am, we had breakfast and left and we came back at 14:30pm to find our room exactly as we left it. We then enquired with management to change rooms as we were not happy with the room. We were told that someone else already asked for another room which was the room advertised on the internet. The room that we received was not the room that was advertised on bookings.com or facebook. We got the impression that it was not their problem and there wasnt any attempt to make us feel comfortable or remedy the issue, like they already received the money. When we arrived at the room at 6pm, the room was half clean, the bed was just pulled right, our empy coke and water bottles was not thrown out, the bath was not cleaned, the toilet wasnt cleaned, carpets were not vacumed, glasses and mugs were not cleaned, coffee and sugar was not replenished and the tables were not wiped. Later that evening we had a guest over and we had supper, the ****roaches were running around the food, our guest had to help **** ****roaches, we were so embarrassed and digusted, however the cherry on cake is, when we arrived at home, only to find 2 of those ****roach ******s came out of one of our travel bags, now we have to fumegate our home and vehicle due to negligence and pure disregard and disgusting service as well as cleanliness, tidyness and hygene from Bread & Barrel Bellville. What was supposed to be a romantic getaway, turned out to be a disaster and we will never ever recommend or go to Bread & Barrel Bellville again.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
