Terrible Food - A first

We purchased a red velvet slice, custard slice and a condensed milk slice. For the first time in our lives, we were extremely disappointed with the items and we could not consume them. Customer service afterwards was pathetic as well. Upon calling the store to complain, the manager was not in and I was told that the staff could not give out her details. I was not asked if I could be helped, neither were my details asked and only after asking (a few times) when she will be in was I told when to call in.
