taking customers for granted

i brought a cake on Saturday in bread ahead the one in old mutual building opposite 320 west street ( Durban ) and I never ate a cake sat and sunday , when I ate the cake on Monday their cake was rotten the cake was off the cream was starting to be green and I take a slice of cake to show them that the cake was not fresh , their staff take my details and they promise to forward the matter to the management they never call me back me to hear the side of my story , and their staff told me that they sell fresh cake they get deliveries every morning , but the time when I arrive there , they were taking cakes that left on that day from their display to the fridge , even when I brought mine they take it from the fridge not in their display , I lost my R180 for rotten cake , I was not happy at all about their service they dnot care about their customers at all.
