Stale bread

Afternoon, I was really dissapointed and embarrassed yesterday at a family gathering because of your store. I purchased two loaves of your farmhouse bread and both were stale, it crumbled before we could eat it. I purchased it at your bluff hillside store in Durban. Something must be done! You guys were known for quality.. I could have easily went into pick n pay but I chose bread ahead.
