SPOILT/BAD OUT OF DATE PRODUCT

I was really very embarrassed in front of my guests yesterday producing cakes for tea which I have purchased from Bead Ahead in Hillcrest that was absolutely awful.<br> <br> These Cakes were purchased yesterday afternoon 02 May 2015, Invoice Number: 174. <br> <br> The cake was extremely dry, the cream was awfully tasting. This cake was not edible.<br> <br> Why would Bread Ahead sell cakes of this atrocious caliber to the public.<br> <br> The American Brownie had egg Shells in it. <br> <br> This is really disappointing to note that the standards of a once high quality product dropping. I had previously purchased the very same product from that particular store and was very impressed, so for my special out of Town Guest i wanted them to sample that Cake.<br> <br> I tried to phone the store since yesterday *** and no one answers the telephone. I would really appreciate feedback on the above, either getting a product we can actually eat or a refund on my purchase. <br> <br> I purchased 2 Strawberry Cream Slices/1 American Brownie Slice and a Bar One Slice.
