Montclair bread ahead branch revolts me!

My experience with the Montclair bread ahead branch has been the worst! The manager with the name of Rasheeda has no managerial s****s. Lacks respect for customers and for staff. On numerous occasions she has been nasty to customers and staff. She should not be in the forefront of the business if she has a unfriendly etiquette. We go to bread ahead to indulge in the promotions and enjoy the menu. I've been to many bread ahead branches with staff who are a delight however the Montclair branch has just brought the name of Bread Ahead down. This is pathetic. No amount of apologies or discounts can buy respect! She was blatantly rude to me and my family. She disrespected her own staff member before my eyes. What kind off manager does that? Bread ahead should take to task this because this just disgusts me. The call center is just as bad. They don't even know head office number!? What lunatics do you'll hire at Bread Ahead?
