Customer dissatisfaction

Requested my cakes to be placed in a bread ahead cake box and was rudely refused and told that a brown packet bag is sufficient. under normal circumstances I would accept but this time I was doing shopping and afraid that the cakes would be smashed and lose their presentabilty and shape in my full trolley thus rendering the cakes unappetizing when ready to consume.A cake box would provide a more solid form of protection.

The sales lady could not understand my reasonable request and neither did she get higher management guidance.She chose to be rude and uncooperative.She was happy to lose a sale and a customer in this fragile economic environment.Unbelievable...She lacks professional conduct and her business skills should be upgraded to an international standard or remove her to another position as she is not looking after the business interest in an optimum manner.
