Bread Ahead Old stale cake

It was my birthday this sunday so i decided to buy myself a cake at Bread Ahead Galleria mall on saturday noon to my suprise the cake tasted old and a stale. Cake creams is supposed to be fresh, melting and valveting but mine was just hard not a pleasant taste. Im very disappointed. We could hardly eat the cake. I want a refund i cant be paying R180 for an old tasteless cake.
